• To introduce to instruments of "Strong Thinking Technology" by Mark Lutsin, which will enable a young person to learn how to control his own thinking and will help to develop innovative, creative, competitive solutions, products, businesses, etc.
• To introduce to an author technology by Mark Lutsin - Phenotypology, which will enable a young person to accurately identify the people around him and to use them properly for his own needs, to avoid potential threats by choosing friends, subordinates, business or personal life partners.

• Second rule of the professional problem-solver – technology of powerful thinking is ability to take the problem to the answer and get the specific data.
• Rule of the presentation of the contradiction: moving from the organized contradiction to the physical one.
• Author technology by Mark Lucin: “Framing” (the main tool in solving difficult situations).
• We begin to solve the “unsolvable” situations successfully.

“Only after learning about the opportunity to participate in Mark Lutsin's “Phenotipology” and “Strong Thinking Technology” seminars for youth, there were no doubts about participating or not. My parents are businesspeople and they’ve learned many of these effective business tools taught by Mr. Lutsin earlier and had used them successfully at work. They told me a lot about it, so I was very curious to learn more about Phenotypology myself. After training, though it was already 7 years ago (in 2012), at that time I was 16, and today I know how to communicate with different people properly and effectively thanks to Phenotypology because I know how they will react in different situations. Because of it I can predict people's behaviour in interacting with me and to model the results I want. I use a few tools from the topic of "Strong Thinking” also. I ask myself before doing something "Do I do it? Or would it be done?”. I save a lot of time not “running” spontaneously guided by my personal stereotypes to fulfil the task, but I optimise it for the purpose of minimising my personal energy waste. The technique “I understand you…” also works well in stressful and negotiating situations. The teachings of Mark Lutsin are great! It’s awesome that “Viva persona” updated an organisation of them for teenagers again! I recommend it to everyone, especially for teenagers, who are considering becoming entrepreneurs!”
