“THE TEAM RECOVERS THE STRENGTH”
Would you like the team members of your company to achieve company goals and carry out daily operations like fearless and uninhibited special force officers?
Help your team members to regain the strength that they have!
The program is based on the results of research in the field of neurophysiology.
THE COURSE IS INTENDED
• for the internal training of the management team of the company.
OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE
1. Identification of individual behavioural programs that block the achievement of results.
2. Increasing the personal influence of the employees of the company.
3. Development of the ability to make effective decisions under external pressure.
4. Development of the ability to recognize, control and apply manifestations of excess internal potentials.
5. Development of skills that allow making effective decisions under external pressure.
6. Identification and work with hidden conflicts in the organization.
7. Identification and transformation of the main external and internal scenarios that are based on destructive emotional and behavioural patterns.
8. Transition from reactive behaviour to conscious (resultative) behaviour.
9. Experience of immersion in a resourceful state that can be described as “I act consciously”.
COACH ON THE TOPIC
Unconscious desire to realize latent emotional attitudes often conflicts with declared goals. To recognize and manage inner energies means to master emotional intelligence. It allows you to see and manage hidden motives that are the real reasons for personal and team results.

STRUCTURE OF THE PROGRAM
• Main types of unconscious motives.
• Difference between set goals (occasionally attainable) and unconscious (always attainable).
• Identification of the internal sources of the emotional instability.
• Integration of scattered motifs in order to restore the integrity of the consciousness and emotional body.
• Practical work with the main blocking emotional clusters.
• Scenarios of destructive behaviour and the principles of interaction with them.
• Influence of unconscious emotional-behavioural patterns on the dynamics of the group. Three key questions: 1. What is my scenario? 2. What is the role of others in it? 3. How does this affect my and team’s results?
• Shifting from emotional uncertainty to a mind-emotion-will strategy.
The program brings out of the shadows the thinking algorithms of the members of the management team that have a destructive effect on individual and team results. This allows us to reject ineffective methods for solving practical problems.

COACH ON THE TOPIC
Logic is the essence of the control of the process. It is not difficult to determine how perfect your logic is – just look at the result. In areas where the results are far from satisfactory, we get an unequivocal signal that it is time to review the existing methods of problem-solving. The result is the only honest criterion for evaluating the correctness of thinking.
